February 19-20, 2010
Entries- All entries must be done through Direct
Athletics.
All entries through Direct Athletics must be done by accessing their website www.directathletics.com by 6:00 pm February 16. All
schools should have a user name and password. If you do not have a
password, contact Mark Covert or Gary Gaudet to get
your password.
This is your opportunity to get your team roster on Direct Athletics. By
doing this now, you can update and access the best marks list. Direct
Athletics will be used for most conference finals.
Entry Marks- Coaches, please enter a REALISTIC time or mark for
your athlete. We know it is early in the year, but you need to put in
what you think is an honest mark or time for seeding purposes. We will
seed from slow to fast. If you do not put in a mark or time, you will be
seeded into the slower sections. In the Men’s and Women’s 5,000, we
will run two sections. The slow section will be on Friday night and the
fast section (limited to the top 20 times) on Saturday. There will be no adds on Saturday—no exceptions—please do not ask and do not
run other athletes under someone else’s name.
Payment of Entries- In order to put in for your entry checks
from your school early, hit the button that says click here to receive
an e-mail copy of your entries. You can do this early and still
change entries up to the deadline date. See the info on the second page
regarding entry fees.
