HOSTED BY: VENTURA COLLEGE CROSS COUNTRY

COURSE: Set in scenic Arroyo Verde Park, the course consists of an expansive lawn, a network of challenging trails and a short section of asphalt. Women’s course is 3.1 miles and men’s course is 4.0 miles.

SCORING/

AWARDS: Team scoring with T-shirts being given to top 15 of the race

ENTRY FEES: $50 - per team (unlimited entries)

$100–per program

or

$8 per individual for incomplete team

ENTRIES: ENTRIES MUST BE DONE ON DIRECT ATHLETICS: www.directathletics .com Deadline for entries is MONDAY, August 30^th 6pm

PARKING: Parking is available inside Arroyo Verde Park and is free to teams.

DRESSING: Restroom facilities are available inside the park. Showers are available at Ventura College, which is 1 mile from the park. Please provide your own towels.

DIRECTIONS: From the North: 101 Fwy South to 126 Fwy, take 1st exit/Victoria Ave., left on Victoria Ave. - pass Telegraph intersection, turn left on Foothill Rd. Park is 1 mile on right side.

From the South: 101 Fwy North to Victoria Ave. exit. Turn right on Victoria Ave., continue to pass Telegraph intersection, turn left on Foothill Rd. Park is 1 mile on right side.
