RACE TIMES: 10:00am - “Open 5K Fun Run”

10:45am – Women’s race (5K)

11:30am – Men’s race (4 miles)

SCORING: Top five score, 6 and 7 displace.

AWARDS: Fun Run – Top two men & women will receive awards.

Women’s and Men’s race – individual awards to top 15. Team awards to top two teams.

ENTRY FEE: $75.00 per team per race. No “discount” for incomplete teams. Entry fee for the fun run is $10.00 per athlete. Entry fees must be paid to receive your packet. No check = no packet! No exceptions! Be prepared to pay cash if you do not have a school check. Make checks payable to: Golden West College. It is best to hand-carry your check to the meet.

TRAINER: There will be a trainer on site. Bring your own tape.

FINISH CARDS: Every athlete will receive a finish card. Write the athletes name on the card and hold on to it. This is our “back-up” scoring system. If we need these, we will let you know.

FINISH CHUTE: Athletes need to exit the end of the chute. If an athlete fails to exit

the end of the chute, they will be disqualified.

COURSE MARKING: The course is marked with color-coded flags. Course maps are included in your packet. It is the athlete’s responsibility to know the course.

RESULTS: Will be available to all coaches at the meet and posted on www.directathletics.com
