Cuesta College, Fairbanks Cross Country Course

Cuesta College Cross Country Invitational:

High school, college, and open athletes are eligible in different invitational sections.

Purpose of the Meet:

Offer the opportunity for Northern and Southern California Community Colleges to compete in a neutral setting and to exhibit Cuesta Colleges challenging, NCAA quality, Fairbanks Cross Country Facility.

 

 

Race Times:

 

·        11:15 p.m. – Open 5k Race

  • 12:00 p.m. – Women’s 5k Race
  • 12:45 p.m. – Men’s 4 mile Race

Entry Fee:
  • $50 per TEAM (men and women charged separate)
  • Team entries must be completed by Monday, Sept 15th by 5:00 p.m. on; www.directathletics.com
  • $10 per OPEN individual
  • Race day entries accepted for individuals

Course:
  • The course is well marked following the 2007 WSC preview and finals course.  Maps accompany race info. 

Awards:
  • Individual awards to the top 14 finishers
  • Awards to the top team finish in men’s / women’s races
  • Award to top overall individual finishers (men’s and women’s)
  • Presentation of awards will follow the last race

Results:
  • Team scores and individual results will be posted ASAP following the meet on www.directathletics.com, the following day. 
  • Only ONE copy of results, for each school, will be made available to the head coach of the participating schools.
